1. What Information We Collect
We follow a data minimization principle and mainly collect the following:
- Account Information: email address, account identifiers, and organization/team information (if any).
- Transaction Information: order number, purchase history, subscription status, and refund records. Sensitive payment information such as card numbers is typically handled by third-party payment processors, and we generally do not store it ourselves.
- Technical and Usage Information (Excluding Content Bodies): IP address, device/browser information, access times, and error logs; as well as API call metadata (e.g., request ID, routed model identifier, latency, status code, amount/credits consumed, and number of calls).
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: used to maintain login sessions, support security and risk controls, and perform basic analytics.
2. Content We Do Not Collect / Do Not Store (Key Point)
- We do not persistently store the bodies of the input/output content you submit (such as prompts, context, file contents, generated text, etc.).
- Records we maintain for billing, risk control, and operations will, to the extent possible, include only metadata that does not contain content bodies.
3. How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Services, verify identity, and manage accounts;
- Handle billing reconciliation, orders, and refunds;
- Support security and risk management (anti-fraud, abuse detection), troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (audits, financial recordkeeping, and responding to governmental, regulatory, or judicial requests).
5. Cross-Border Transfers
Because we and/or third-party providers may be located outside your country/region, your information may be transferred or stored across borders. We will take reasonable measures (such as encryption in transit, access controls, and contractual safeguards) to protect your information and will fulfill cross-border compliance obligations as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
- Account and Transaction Information: retained for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to meet legal/financial compliance requirements.
- Technical and Billing Metadata: retained for as long as needed for security, billing reconciliation, and operational purposes.
- Input/Output Content Bodies: we do not persistently store such content.
7. Your Rights
